A. Product warranty period, failure caused by product quality problems under normal use (non-human) :
DOA: Products shipped less than 2 weeks are DOA products, and Huiguan is responsible for product replacement/repair according to the specific situation. The replacement/repair standard shall be carried out in accordance with the finished product standard (including appearance and performance), and the transportation cost incurred during the process shall be borne by Huiguan.
RMA: Products shipped more than two weeks and within 18 months are RMA products. Huiguan provides free performance maintenance (appearance is not controlled) services for RMA products and bears the one-way freight of returned goods transportation.
B. For more than 18 months from the date of product shipment, Huiguan will not bear any costs, provide paid maintenance services, charge material costs and labor costs, and refer to the Huiguan Maintenance Price Guide.
C. Within the warranty period, if the product is seriously damaged and can not be repaired or the supply of parts of the model has been stopped, the Company shall replace the product with a product that is not lower than the specifications of the original product or Party B shall purchase the product again.
D. Beyond the warranty period of the product, if the degree of damage is serious, no parts supply or other uncontrollable factors lead to maintenance, Huiguan has the right not to provide maintenance services.
E. Product accessories, such as CD, extension cable, stylus, are not covered by warranty and maintenance.
F. The customer's return/replacement demand for the wrong product is not within the scope of after-sales service.
G. Products that fail due to the customer's application environment or improper operation are not in the scope of after-sales service.
H. Huiguan only bears the maintenance and transportation costs within the scope of the company's product warranty. In addition, other expenses, such as customs duties, customs clearance fees, storage fees, non-crown ancillary facilities related expenses, etc., are not within the scope of the Crown.
I. When Huiguan bears the freight for the return of the product, the customer shall use the transportation mode and carrier designated by Huiguan. The damage caused by the return of the product without the original packaging is not covered by the free repair.
J. If the customer's product is returned without accessories, Huiguan will no longer provide accessories after the repair is completed.
K. If the customer signs a non-standard after-sales service agreement when purchasing the product, the warranty terms are subject to the specific order or contract.
L. Other matters not covered in this clause shall be settled by the Customer and Huiguan through negotiation.
1. This Regulation only applies to the products purchased through formal channels, and all enjoy the after-sales service provided by the company.
2. If the contents of these Regulations violate the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations, they shall be implemented in accordance with national laws and regulations.
3. Beijing Huiguan Touch Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend and interpret these Regulations.
4. These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
5. This Regulation applies only to products sold after 1 March 2013.
1. Before returning products to Huiguan Company, customers must obtain a return confirmation number authorized by Huiguan Service center. If you do not have a valid confirmation number, the product will not be accepted and we will return the product to you.
2. The service center will assign a return confirmation number to you after you submit a return request and a return fault information collection card.
3. Return goods are divided into two categories: RMA (Return Material Authorization) and DOA (Dead On Arrival), each of which has a corresponding return confirmation number.
4. When you get a return confirmation number, you will also get a series of relevant information provided by us. Such as shipping address, logistics account, other information, etc.
5. The return number is valid for 45 days.
6. Only the products and quantities confirmed in the return application form can be returned for repair.
7. If there are additional returned products that need to be repaired, you must apply for a new return confirmation number.
