I. Warranty period

2. Product replacement

Within 30 days from the shipping date of Huiguan, if the customer notifies Huiguan that the conventional products he purchased are inspected according to Huiguan's standards
After the inspection, the appearance or performance is found to be defective, Huiguan can provide replacement service.

Replacement process:
1. The customer submits a written replacement application to Huiguan;
2. Confirmation from Huiguan customer Service Center that the replacement conditions are met;
3. The customer will return the defective products to Huiguan;
4. Huiguan provides replacement products to customers.

Note:
1. Huiguan bears the bilateral transportation cost of product replacement and has the right to choose the freight company and transportation mode;
2. Return the products to be replaced must use the original packing box, otherwise Huiguan will charge the customer for packaging materials; The loss caused by improper packaging shall be borne by the customer;
3. There is no replacement service for gifts or special products.

3. Product Warranty

During the product warranty period, if the customer notifies Huiguan that the conventional products purchased by the customer are found to have poor performance after inspection according to Huiguan's standard inspection specifications, Huiguan can provide warranty services.

Warranty Process:
1. The customer submits a written warranty application to Huiguan;
2. Huiguan customer service center confirms the products that meet the warranty conditions;
3. The customer will send the defective products to Huiguan and bear the freight for sending back;
4. After receiving the defective products sent back by the customer, Huiguan will complete the repair within 7 working days, and then send them back to the customer and bear the shipping cost. (In principle, we only bear the cost of sea or land transportation if the customer For urgent delivery, the customer shall bear the corresponding cost).

3. Product Warranty

If the following circumstances occur, the product belongs to the scope of non-warranty policy, and the customer can apply for paid maintenance services.
1, has exceeded the warranty period;
2, without the authorization of Huiguan company maintenance, disassembly, collision, change, incorrect use of non-local standard parts; Or alter the label, machine serial number;
3. Failure to use, maintain and keep the product according to the requirements of the product instructions and cause damage;
4. Damage caused by force majeure.

Note:
1. For paid maintenance service, the customer and Huiguan shall sign the "Paid Service Confirmation", and the customer shall confirm the prepaid maintenance fee according to the maintenance service provided by Huiguan, otherwise Huiguan will not repair or return the product;
2, the customer bear the round-trip transportation costs;
3, for the main parts after maintenance and replacement, enjoy 1 year warranty service;
4. Huiguan cannot guarantee maintenance operations for products outside the warranty period due to lack of parts used for maintenance.

Statement:

1. This clause only applies to the Crown products purchased through formal channels.
2. If the contents of these Regulations violate the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations, they shall be implemented in accordance with national laws and regulations.
3. Beijing Huiguan Touch Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend and interpret these Regulations.
These Regulations shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
